One of the most debatable aspects of iodine is whether high dose or low and slow doses are better. Some people claim high doses “skip detox” while others claim low and slow works much better for them.

I had some interesting experiences while trying high dose vs low and slow iodine. I like to watch other people and learn as much as I can when possible to help make my own judgements. And watching people in the iodine groups helped me gain a better idea what does and does not seem to work well.
